By registering to attend Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia, the person responsible for the booking accepts the following terms and conditions on their own behalf and on behalf of the participant.
Enrolment is considered confirmed at the moment the person responsible for the booking completes the corresponding payment. Said payment implies acceptance of these conditions and does not require additional confirmation from Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia.
Payment of the fee is subject to acceptance of these conditions of enrolment by the person responsible for the booking.
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia Coaching Jakarta & Bali reserves the right to cancel any booking if the correct payment terms and procedures have not been followed.
1.1 - Clinic Booker Cancellation
The clinic booker may cancel their reservation without charge if they do not receive confirmation by email within 5 business days from the official clinic email.

Upon receipt of the cancellation confirmation, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
The reservation may be transferred to another eligible participant free of charge, provided it is communicated by email no later than 15 days before the start of the Clinic.
1.2 - Cancellation Protection due to Injury
Protection holders may cancel their reservation with medical justification up to ONE MONTH before the start of the clinic.
If the participant suffers a serious injury preventing them from taking part in the sports activity, they may cancel at any time before the clinic begins.
The corresponding medical certificate, signed by a professional, must be sent to [email protected] for evaluation by Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia medical services.
If, after medical evaluation, it is deemed impossible to perform the activity, the person who booked the clinic will be entitled to a full refund of the remaining balance or a credit note for a future clinic in Indonesia.
If the clinic is cancelled after it has started, no refunds will be issued.
If the participant has already received the training kit at the time of cancellation, its value will be deducted from the total refund. The maximum deductible value per kit is IDR 1,500,000. The training kit is non-refundable once delivered.
1.3 - Supplier Cancellation
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia reserves the right to cancel any of its clinics at any time, endeavouring to notify participants at least 10 days in advance by email.
The clinic may be cancelled or rescheduled for public health reasons, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
In the event of cancellation by Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia, the person responsible for the booking will have the option of a full refund or a credit for a future clinic in Indonesia.
2.1 - Change of Facilities
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia reserves the right to change sports facilities during the booking period to guarantee the quality of the event within the same city (Jakarta or Bali).
In such cases, participants will be notified at least one month in advance and may request a refund. Such request must be communicated within 2 days of the change notification. If no response is received within that period, the place will be considered confirmed.
2.2 - Change of Equipment and Materials
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia may change the equipment and/or materials used by participants depending on the availability of new sponsors, ensuring the same quality throughout all modifications.
2.3 - Change of Format or Name
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia reserves the right to make changes to the official clinic format, name or trademark, ensuring participants receive the same services and quality of training provided by professionals trained by the Real Madrid Foundation or Spanish coaches with UEFA licence.
No refund is permitted for any booking except as expressly provided in Section 1.2 of these conditions.
3.1 - Injury or Illness
The clinic booker is responsible for arranging and paying for adequate personal insurance to cover any injury or illness to the participant before and during the clinic.
A refund will not be provided if the injury or illness is not sufficiently documented and assessed by our medical services.
3.2 - Non-Attendance: Right to Claim the Kit
If the participant is unable to attend the clinic due to reasons unrelated to the organisation, and such absence does not entitle them to a refund, the person responsible for the booking retains the right to claim the training kit corresponding to their enrolment.
The request must be made in writing to [email protected] within 15 calendar days from the end of the clinic. After this period, the right to claim the kit will be permanently forfeited.
Shipping costs for the kit shall be borne by the applicant.
This right does not apply in the event of exclusion due to breach of the code of conduct (Section 7).
None of the parties involved in the organisation and promotion of the clinics can accept any responsibility for personal injuries to participants or loss/damage to personal effects or property.
5.1 - Image Capture
During the clinics, Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia may capture photographs and video material of registered participants for its own documentary and promotional purposes.
By completing the registration, the parent or legal guardian grants their express and irrevocable consent for the capture and use of such material for a period of 5 years from the date of the clinic.
All images and audiovisual material captured are the exclusive property of Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia. Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes express acknowledgement of this right.
5.2 - Internal Use and Own Channels
Images and videos may be used exclusively by Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia on its official channels and materials: social media, website, newsletters, corporate presentations and own publications.
5.3 - Sharing with Third Parties
Images will not be shared, transferred or sold to third parties, with the sole exception of official sponsors holding a current sponsorship agreement with Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia. Under no circumstances may the sponsor transfer such material to other entities.
The transfer of images to advertising agencies, external media or any entity not linked to Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia through a current official sponsorship agreement is strictly prohibited.
5.4 - Material Retention: 5-Year Period
Audiovisual material will be retained for 5 years from the date of the clinic. After this period, Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia will contact the legal guardian by email to request renewal of consent.
If no response is received within 30 days or the guardian does not renew their authorisation, Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia will cease to actively use such material on its channels, although it may retain it in its internal archive.
6.1 - Mandatory Insurance
Enrolment in the clinic requires the participant to hold a valid sports accident insurance policy. The person responsible for the booking is solely responsible for arranging and paying for this insurance prior to the start of the clinic.
The insurance must cover as a minimum: accidents during sports practice, medical and hospital expenses, and ambulance transfer if necessary.
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia will not verify or assume the arrangement of insurance. Lack of insurance will not entitle the participant to any refund.
6.2 - Medical Staff on Site
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia will have a trained first-aid staff member present on the field during all clinic sessions, able to treat minor bumps and injuries, administer first aid and assess the severity of an injury.
The presence of medical staff covers only initial attention to minor incidents. It does not replace professional medical assistance or the participant's insurance coverage under any circumstances.
6.3 - Serious Injuries: Parent or Guardian Responsibility
If the medical staff assessment determines that the injury exceeds first aid treatment, full responsibility for medical management falls on the parent or legal guardian. This includes transfer to a medical centre, diagnosis, treatment and hospitalisation costs.
Clinic staff will notify the legal guardian immediately. It is the guardian's responsibility to ensure their availability and reachability during clinic hours.
If the guardian cannot be reached and the participant's health is at risk, staff are authorised to request emergency assistance. Any resulting costs will be the sole responsibility of the legal guardian.
6.4 - Organiser Disclaimer
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia, its organisers, coaches and support staff accept no civil or financial liability for injuries sustained during the clinic, medical expenses or damage to personal effects, unless directly caused by gross negligence on the part of the organising staff.
By completing the registration, the person responsible for the booking acknowledges that sports activities carry inherent risks and that Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia has adopted reasonable safety measures to minimise them.

Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia staff reserves the right to remove any disruptive participants or parents/guardians from the clinic and/or venue.
During the clinic, the participant is required to follow staff instructions and clinic rules. Failure to comply where it endangers the safety of other participants or seriously disrupts the clinic may result in exclusion.
In the event of exclusion, no refund will be due. The participant must be collected immediately by their legal guardian.
All clinic participants must wear the full training kit every day of the clinic. If a participant does not arrive with the required clothing, they may be excluded from that day's training session.
All communications from Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia will be made through the email address and/or telephone number provided by the participant at the time of registration.
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia reserves the right to use the sending record as valid proof of communication, and is not responsible for whether the recipient was able to receive notifications in certain mailboxes.

Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia is a sports activity independently organised and managed by the promoters of the Real Madrid Foundation clinics in Indonesia since 2019, with over 7 years of experience in Jakarta and Bali.
This activity is led and delivered by professional coaches trained and certified in the Real Madrid Foundation methodology, holding UEFA licences, whose professional training and qualifications underpin the quality of the sports coaching offered at each clinic.
However, Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia is an independent and autonomous project, with no institutional, organisational or financial ties to the Real Madrid Foundation or Real Madrid Club de Fútbol.
Neither the Real Madrid Foundation nor Real Madrid C.F. are organisers, sponsors, responsible parties or guarantors of these clinics, and they assume no liability arising from their operation, content, management or any incident that may occur in connection with them.
By completing the registration, the person responsible for the booking declares that they are aware of and expressly accept the independent nature of Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia.
Any reference to the Real Madrid Foundation or Real Madrid C.F. in clinic materials is purely informative regarding the professional background of the organisers, and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or liability on the part of those entities.
This Privacy Policy describes how Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia collects, uses, retains and protects the personal data provided by the person responsible for the booking during the registration process and throughout the contractual relationship.

Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia will not sell, transfer or share personal data with third parties, with the sole exception of official sponsors holding a current sponsorship agreement. Under no circumstances may the sponsor transfer such data to other entities.
The transfer of data to marketing agencies, advertising platforms or any entity not linked to Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia through a current official sponsorship agreement is expressly prohibited.
11.5 - Opting Out of Communications
The parent or legal guardian may opt out of informational and promotional communications at any time by emailing [email protected]. The request will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
Opting out will not affect the sending of essential notifications related to an active registration.
11.6 - Data Security
Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia will adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
12.1 - Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain as the main contractual framework.
However, Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia expressly acknowledges that the activities take place on Indonesian territory. The mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Republic of Indonesia — in particular Law UU No. 8 of 1999 — shall be compulsorily applicable. In the event of conflict, the minimum rights guaranteed by Indonesian law shall prevail.
12.2 - Dispute Resolution: Amicable Negotiation
In the event of any dispute, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve it amicably within a maximum of 30 calendar days from written notification to [email protected].
12.3 - Arbitration
If no agreement is reached, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration before the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI). The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Recourse to arbitration does not prevent the participant from approaching Indonesian consumer protection bodies (BPSK) for minor or administrative claims.
12.4 - Disclaimer of Liability in Indonesia
By accepting these conditions, the person responsible for the booking acknowledges having read and understood the terms of the Agreement, and releases Madrid Elite Academy Clinics Indonesia and its organisers from liabilities not expressly covered herein, to the extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law.
