Founder and Technical Director of Madrid Elite Academy. A former professional footballer with a career across La Liga (Spain) and the Premier League (England) from 2005 to 2014, he went on to direct 17 editions of the Real Madrid Foundation clinics in Indonesia between 2019 and 2026 — achieving a 97% media compliance rating by the Real Madrid Foundation across all editions.
Madrid Elite Academy is the next step: a professional programme designed to give Indonesian talents access to the same tactical, physical and technical intensity as the top European academies. The coaching staff — all UEFA-licensed and active scouts for Spanish and English clubs — are uniquely positioned to identify standout players and open doors to trials at European teams.
Each group of participants will be supported by two Indonesian assistant coaches, who work alongside the Head Coaches throughout all training sessions. These coaches have been directly trained by the Real Madrid Foundation and have actively participated in every edition of the clinics held in Indonesia, building extensive experience in the program's methodology. Their fluency in both Indonesian and English ensures smooth communication with all players, facilitating learning and the full integration of every participant into the group.
